Early Career
Property has been at the centre of my career since the age of 18, but it has been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent countless hours accompanying my father to development sites, learning first-hand how projects came together from the ground up. Conversations around the dinner table often revolved around property, planning and development, so it was perhaps inevitable that I would eventually follow the same path.
I began my professional career as a land agent, sourcing and selling development opportunities to housebuilders and developers across the UK. This gave me an early understanding of what makes a successful development and how great schemes are brought to life. At 22, I specialised in Stamp Duty Land Tax, helping developers identify savings and improve the viability of development projects. I later joined the family business, working alongside my father to source and sell student accommodation and private rented sector investments to institutional and capital market investors.
